Hollie the only advise I have about baby acne is TRY really hard not to pick at it and it will go away soon. It's enough to drive a new mom crazy because you want your new little baby to be the cutest thing anyone has ever seen, but you can't see past the acne. Atleast that is how I always felt. Really though it doesn't last long even though it seems forever.
